Miniature Update
Updating Rose Lotus for the end of the month.
I realise I want to make this 20 page game and its 10 page setting as polished as I possibly can. From experience, I know that work won't end for a few years. It has now begun.
I had a small system about going through turmoil that functioned well as an interesting second health-bar, but. I've cut that in favour of something more integral.
Instead, now the game puts a spotlight on the package. Originally the package was just a one sentence an excuse for why you were doing this quest but I realise that's really silly - if it's the whole purpose of everyone's quest, it should be a constant source of interest and the game should keep moving it back into frame.
I am going to keep turning up the dial marked package" and looking back at camera (ha ha). Right now it can get damaged, and there are three prompts to spark new adventures when you end Rose Lotus by opening it. But it could do more.
I wonder where that'll lead me...
Beyond that, it's errata, cleanup, and clarity, and the font Narkisim which is like Albertus and looks gorgeous. I hope soon I will also have art. See you then.
